 Rural Development Media and Communication RUDMEC was incorporated in Uganda is fully registered with the NGO Board under registration certificate No S5914/3760 and authorised to operate in Uganda. The organization was established in the year 1995 with a core focus of initiating behaviour change by using media as a change agent to enhance better livelihoods.
